Team Member Hours & Compensation
Upload an XLSX or CSV with agent hours and optional compensation by period. Used for efficiency calculations in Team Member Analysis. Salary employees with no hours can still provide compensation for cost-per-policy analysis. Uploading a period replaces any prior data for that same period.
Map each name from the file to an agent in your roster. Names not matched will be excluded.

Configure each form item that appears on the checklist. Set a description to include it in the customer email when Applied is checked. Toggle Required to block submission until that item is checked Applied or N/A.
Required Submission Fields
Block submission if these fields are left blank. Customer Name, Submission Date, and Salesperson are always required.
Product Types & Subcategories
Rename or remove product types. Removing a type hides it from entry forms — existing sales data is unaffected.
Toggle subcategories on/off or add custom ones. Financial Service items are flagged for the Commissions Calculator.
Lead Sources
Customize the lead source options available in manual entry and on the checklist form. Saved sources replace the default list for your account.
Locations
Named locations (offices, events, etc.) appear as a field in manual entry and on checklist forms — useful for tracking where a sale originated.
Commission Structures
Define commission rate structures for your agents. Each structure can have per-product rates (percent or flat fee) and a default split ratio.
Set a default rate per product. Min Premium $: written premium must exceed this threshold before any commission is paid on that product (e.g. $2,500 minimum). Fin. Svc Rate: used instead of the base Rate when the subcategory sold is tagged as a Financial Service and has no individual override — e.g. auto normally pays 12% but 12.5% when a financial-service-tagged auto product is sold.

Commission Bank
Smooth out large commission payouts by capping what's paid per period. Excess rolls into a bank and can be drawn down in lower-earning months. Optionally earn interest on the banked balance.
Activity Types
Define trackable activities for bonus escalators and commission requirements. Call activities auto-count from call log data; manual activities are entered in the Activity Log.
Let agents log their own activities and sales from the Manage tab. Submissions can require manager approval before counting toward bonuses and commissions.
Agency Management
Invite team members to view your dashboard. Assign a role to control which tabs they can access.
Report Delivery
Daily performance reports and AI analysis emails are sent to your account email by default. If your work email blocks external senders, set an alternate delivery address below.
